Are you ready?
BE THANKFUL FOR THE SMALL THINGS
DO NOT FEED THAT DEPRESSION! Focus on the things that MATTER. We are often focused on our problems that we forgot to
appreciate the small, simple things in our life. Your ex-lover might have left you broken, but you have other people who loves you dearly. Appreciate them. Appreciate your parents. Tell
them how much you love them. Appreciate your other family members and tell them
how much they mean to you. Appreciate your friends who are always there through
ups and downs, the teachers and Boss who mentor you, the guards, the police and
soldiers who keep you feel safe and our Father who is Faithful and Loving.
BE PATIENT FOR THAT BIG BLESSING
Have you received that BIG blessing that you have been longing?
Then YEY and prepare for that bigger blessing next year! If not, then be
PATIENT, but do not be STUCK. We often get DEPRESSED when things get OUT OF CONTROL. FOCUS on the things that YOU CAN CHANGE. MOVE FORWARD! BELIEVE that those DREAMS and GOALS are for you. Then ACT upon them. Continue
to hone your skills and prepare yourself for that BIG THING. Continue to be the best version of yourself for that RIGHT PERSON. Most
importantly, PRAY because God moves in mysterious ways.
BE GRATEFUL FOR YOUR LIFE
“You only got one life,
do not miss the chance…” (Lose Yourself
by Eminem). Your life is the BIGGEST blessing of all! Be grateful for it. You
are here for a REASON, find out why. Find out your PURPOSE in LIFE. Most people get DEPRESSED because they do not know their purpose. If you don’t
know your purpose, someone knows your purpose and that is your Creator. If you
don’t have a plan for your life, He has a plan for you and HIS PLAN is for your betterment. He maybe preparing that RIGHT person for you right now.
"For I know the plans I have for you," declares the LORD, "plans to prosper you and not to harm you, plans to give you hope and a future. Jeremiah 29:11
“THE KEY TO HAPPINESS IS BEING GRATEFUL.” (Bo Sanchez, 2016)
THAT'S IT! BEAT THAT ENERGY GAP by being GRATEFUL! Be
grateful for the big blessings. Appreciate the small things. Most importantly,
thank God for the sacred things!
